If you are installing a 1MW PV solar power plant at particular site, you should know the quantity of electric energy generated during the year. If you know the average insolation per day of at that place, multiply 1MW by 1000 (1mw=1000KW), 365 days per year and insolation per day(5.55 KWh per day for Barmer). It will be 1000x365x5.55=20,25,750 KWh per year.
But you have not counted the efficiency op power plant. In general calculations we assume it 77% . So the net out put power is 20,25,750x77% =15,59,827Kwh (Kilo watt hour) per year. If you are selling this energy to NTPC Vidhyut Vyapar Nigam @Rs17.90KWh, the annual income will be 15,59,827x17.90=Rs2,79,20,903 (Two crore senenty lakh twenty thousand nine hundred three). For net profit you can deduct super vision charges, interest of borrowed capital.

I Know solar power is very important.Its very nice.Even the places which are NOT getting enough sun light can also use Solar power. It is known as space solar power
